Through hands-on, learning-centered and job embedded experiences, we will work side by side with teachers and administrators to enhance your program.

AZ Compliance or National Accreditation Guidance

We will do a walk through of the facility and program to make sure we are aligned with state regulations or national standards, discuss and create an action plan for improvements.

Office Management

Work with new or existing administrative teams on management styles, techniques, and how to keep quality and compliance in the program. Organize paperwork and create systems.

Opening a New Program

We will help you from the start, application process, setting up your facility, hiring qualified staff and promoting your program.

About Gwen Shawley (M. Ed.)

Thank you for visiting my website! I have worked in the Early Education field for over 25 years. I have worked as a Director, a Certified trainer, a National Validator for Accreditation, and as an Arizona Licensing Compliance Officer.

I have received my Masters in Early Childhood Education from Grand Canyon University and am registered with the AZ registry as an ECE Instructor (Level G-3). My life’s work has been to help create high quality programs throughout Arizona.

As a Consultant for you, we will customize a plan that will meet the needs for your program. I will support educators and administrators with the tools and guidance needed to succeed in their respective childcare and early childhood settings. In my experience working in accreditation and licensing there are many rules and standards to consider and to work on and I would be a great resource to assist in any questions that you have and to make sure that you are in compliance.

My services extend to early childhood facilities, home childcare programs, and school districts. I look forward to meeting and working with you to help create a high quality program that exceeds state and national standards/regulations.
